Our Work

Below is a small selection of projects InVentiv Roofing have completed in recent years.

Situated in Bristol, this unique large scale project has got to go down as one of the finer developments undertaken in recent times.

Using SIGA 37 natural roof slates, our team undertook all the necessary procedures to produce a visually stunning end product.

Completion Spring 2017, for our client Holton homes.

The history of the site of Castle Hill House on Bournemouth Road, Parkstone, can be traced back to the 1920's.

90 years later and we are delighted with the outcome of our works for this large housing development.

As you can see, a high level of detailed workmanship was undertaken for this particular project.

Large Development undertaken for a new client in the summer of 2016.

Located in Basingstoke, this sizable project totaled approximately 600 squared meters of needed roof covering, tallying up to around 12'000 Brazilian Slates utilized in order to complete the works.

InVentiv worked on The Midland Hotel (now Midland Heights) in Bournemouth. This local landmark and historic building in Bournemouth, built in 1880, has that seen better days but finally got the restoration it deserved from Oram Moss Developments.

The roof is covered with premium grade Marley Eternit slates and all the original clay decorative ridge tiles and finials.

This project also involved a large amount of specialised and detailed lead work.

Linden House on New Street in Lymington is another large nursing home for one of our best clients, this roof will be mainly tiled in Drednought clay plain tiles, (approximately 100,000) and Spanish SIGA natural roof slates.

There is a large Sedum green roof area and over 600 mtrs sq of single ply membrane.

A truly unique roof that is tiled using “Ideal Variable clay” blue glazed roof tiles from Germany.

We sourced similar tiles from all over the world to give our client a wide choice of colour and quality.

This roof is the most challenging and rewarding that any roof tiler could experience in their career.

The Links in Broadstone, Poole is a large nursing home roof completed in 2012 for Primetower.

The roof was tiled with over 80,000 clay roof tiles and two slate roof areas that were curved requiring each slate to be cut individually.

InVentiv were delighted to work on this large roof fitted to nursing home in 2010 for Colten Care in Dorset.

This roof is mainly covered with Spanish SIGA natural roof slates with other areas of the building clad in clay roof tiles.

The project included several large single ply membrane roofs and a Sedum roof to the rear.
